All BORO*MINI web shop orders are normally shipped via POSTNL within 2 to 3 weekdays. If a product is not in stock, shipment will take a bit longer. If so, it will be indicated in the web shop.
If your order is urgent, you can send us a message and we will make sure to expedite shipment if possible!
BORO*MINI takes great care of its hand-crafted products. It is possible however that a product doesn’t meet your expectations. If that happens, you can return the product to us. The costs associated with the return shipment are yours to pay. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt in order to register your return shipment. State the order ID in the subject. Let us know in the email what product you want to return or exchange for a different colour, or whether you would like to get a refund. As soon as the return shipment has arrived, we will refund your payment or ship you the new item. The costs associated with the new shipment are yours to pay. BORO*MINI is still too small to cover the costs of shipment, returns and new shipments. In order to minimise returns, we are very eager to get your feedback about the reason of the return. Please do indicate it in your email.
